High Healthcare Carers can come into your home and provide services that range from sit-ins for a few hours a week to round-the-clock live-in care. When you engage us, we will supply caregivers with the appropriate skills during the time that you request.
Our carers are skilled personnel from care assistants to skilled nurses. They are all trained to handle health issues such as mobility, nutrition, toileting, hygiene and behaviour.

From the time we start providing care to new service users, our in-house quality assurance team inspects and assesses care plans and daily care records on a regular basis. We also conduct reviews with the families and case managers/advocates of our service users, and suggest changes as necessary.
We take great pride in offering the finest care tailored to the needs of each client as an individual. This requires a thorough and expert understanding of each client’s needs and physical challenges. We consider many variables before putting into place bespoke care programmes. This includes social and emotional needs too, and we manage the day to day details which make life easier, tasks such as community visits, shopping, paying bills, preparing meals and organising social events.
We train our carers in-house, delivering bespoke training tailored to the particular need of each client. Our care-plans are overseen by registered nurses. We work closely with our clients and their family to introduce our nurses and healthcare assistants into their home. We remain in close touch with our clients and their family for as long as they receive care from us.
